Depth and breadth of general managerial experience.

Demonstrated leadership and people management of large teams.

Good knowledge of operations, site, and terminal capability.

Good product knowledge of operations and safety.

Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress.

Experience in the education, policy or business sectors

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience of student recruitment and admissions

Experience of managing and developing a network of recruitment agents

Capacity to work flexibly under conditions of resource restraint and to manage the uncertainty associated with a dynamic environment

Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies in target countries/regions in order to support student recruitment objectives.

1+ years of experience working as community/customer success/customer support manager;

Experience of building customer communities on Facebook/WhatsApp/Slack;
