10+ years working experience in the Wholesale Telecoms/Internet or Cloud Industry.

Recently 5 years of commercial head responsibilities (sales and marketing team)

Solid industry knowledge in Telecommunication and Internet industry

Proven leadership to build up and manage the local team

Minimum of 9 years implementing security programs and a strong knowledge of security management in complex environments

Develop and submit a Security Risk Assessment and Security Contact Tree to the Project Management.

Experience using relevant technology and equipment

Experience working in conflict and post-conflict settings

Experience developing and conducting training modules for small and large groups

Experience in reporting and emergency response planning

Coordinate all trainings in TB clinical management and laboratory strengthening.

Previous experience as provincial manager or equivalent experience with USAID or other USG funded project.

Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

7+ years of work experience in TB or HIV programs in Indonesia.

Previous experience with USAID or other USG funded projects is required.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners.

Significant engineering and project management experience within region and/or other locations in an engineering and construction environment.

As part of the Management Team, you will participate in setting and communicating business strategy for Indonesia

Assist project teams with commercial and financial project management to ensure delivery within budget and KPI’s

Serve as the principal point for project delivery in the region and effectively manage all external stakeholders in this regard

Build and manage a prospect pipeline that underpins the business plan and regional growth aspirations

Tertiary qualifications in relevant engineering discipline (Civil/Construction/Mechanical)
