Lead the definition and planning of project certification requirements.

Deep understanding of various carbon verifiers and registers, including knowledge of their specific requirements, procedures, and documentation processes.

Conduct research and cross-check qualifications under carbon standards.

Conduct site visits and manage stakeholder engagements.

Excellent knowledge of international carbon standards and principles, along with familiarity with common carbon methodologies.

Assist on the operations part of compensation and benefit scheme from the subsidiary company

Screen resumes and application, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, and manage the career site

Strong analytical skills with structured thinking

Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the TBP to develop solutions, programs, and policies

Research, compile and analyze HR-related queries and data; enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other automated applications

Previous experience with Employer Branding and Early Talent programs would be a plus

Lead InEvent’s partners through the process to ensure their certification in the InEvent product.

Deliver live sessions via InEvent’s Live Studio to partners to demonstrate the product and its capabilities

May be required to develop and deliver high quality pre recorded content via the Live Studio to complement certification

Support participating partners in their queries for the duration of the certification process.

Coordinate delivery of certification from partners and ensure partners are supported in their receipt of their certification

Experience with Customer Success or similar.
