Education: Lulusan SMK, mahasiswa tingkat akhir/fresh graduate dengan GPA >3.00 (Jurusan Psikologi lebih diutamakan)

Hard Skill: Google Suites (GSlides, Gsheet, GForm, dsb.), Notion

Soft Skill: Fast response, flexibility, assertive, creative, open minded, work independently

Mengidentifikasi, merekrut, dan mengembangkan bakat-bakat dalam organisasi

Mengelola program pengembangan SDM dan rencana suksesi

Having at least 1 or 2 years of experience as a KOL Management Officer

Having knowledge about Multi Channel Network and AffiliateTikTok

Bachelor's Degree in any major

Familiar with a digital campaign

Able to identify target audience preferences and build content

Selecting, dealing with, arranging meetings & reminding each influencer to execute the campaign, especially in TikTok

Bersedia bekerja di daerah Kedoya Utara, Jakarta Barat

Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Talent Management from a business, COE perspective

Develop and implement progressive talent management policies and processes

Management of pipeline programs such as scholarships and overseas managers’ schemes

Management of talent development programs such as mentorship schemes

Comfortable dealing with senior management

Develop and manage assessment and development programs for high potentials
