Identify high-potential employees and create plans for their career advancement within the organization.

Experiences in KOL/influencer Management or similar role

Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, negotiation and problem solving

Strong planning skills for any kind of campaigns

Have a database of Nano, Micro, Macro, Mid-tier, Mega KOL

Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing

Having good and extensive networking with KOL/communities

Assist in developing assessment tools

Assisting the process of the employee profiling (interviewer & interviewee)

Assist in psycho test and scoring
