Talent Acquisition And Sourcing Manager Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Assist in developing and implementing effective talent sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various online platforms and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.

Conduct preliminary screening and assessment of resumes and applications.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system.

Build pitch packages (comprising of commercial, legal, finance and SuSo policy documents) for account managers.

University degree economics, environmental studies or management, agriculture development, supply chain, sciences, or related field. Master’s Degree strongly preferred.

Proven and recognizable achievements in sustainable agriculture and supply chain knowledge from previous procurement experience

Experience with sustainable agriculture standards and certification schemes.

Professional Skills and Experience Required:

Manage project implementor partners, consultants, and service providers on the ground.

Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems

Works together with the recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas

Good knowledge of how to use the various sourcing channels

2+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department

Experience with Notion, MS Office

Full remote and you can work from all over the world and work in your timezone

8+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition, broad experience in Talent Management is preferred

Progressive experience in a similar role within HR industry; excellent industry awareness and understanding of

Experienced in Manufacturing Manpower fulfillment

Experienced with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment tools

Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and regulation

Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset.

Experienced with Regional Sourcing is a plus.
