Educational background : Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management, phycologyor Law.

HR Management: Experience in employee management, including recruitment, training, performance and development.

Facility Management: Knowledge of facility maintenance, supply chain management, and procurement management to support mining operations.

Supporting eco-friendly initiatives and waste management.

Facilitating effective communication between management and employees.

Employment Relations: Ability to manage labor relations, including conflict management and negotiations with trade unions where applicable.

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law Major, Psychology, or Management

Preferred having experience in handling all permit documents and understand for certifications in manufacturing (FSSC 22000, OHSAS, etc)

Have experience as HR Generalist for more than 3 years

Handling all HR Administrative (Recruitment & Selection, employee administrative, payroll, BPJS, training & development, performance appraisal, industrial relation, etc)

Handling all GA tasks (permit document handling, maintenance building, office equipment supply, handling outsourcing, etc)

Good Administrative and understand Labor Law
