Manage training logistics including scheduling, inform the participants, set up room and prepare the tools, provide snacks and documentation

Conduct recruitment and selection process including posting job vacancy, shortlisting, and interview

Proceed onboarding, prepare tools and documentation for new employee

Create programs for implementing company culture and to maintain team engagement

Inform and conduct monthly employee evaluation, input evaluation result

Advising management of appropriate resolutions to employee relation issues

Candidate must possess at least Management.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Administration or equivalent.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experience

Overseeing benefits schedules, employe review schedules, and staff attendance

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Administration, Management, or another relevant discipline

Experience of at least 3 years in the same or similar role.

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)

English writing skills are a pre-requisite

Working knowledge of employee tax provisions and calculation including PPh21

Strong knowledge of BPJS Health and Employment administration

Good knowledge in planning and development, labor law, and all regulations related to Human Resources and Operational Management

Graduate degree in Psychology/ Economics/ Management/ Law or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field

Have a good knowledge of recruitment techniques & processes

Responsible for supporting all of HR functions, including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, HR Administration

End-to-end recruitment process from planning, sourcing, interview on boarding

Responsible for handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan (A-to-Z)

Preparing Administration duties (Employee documents)

Control Administration duties: PKWT, PKWTT, WLTK, up-to-date employee data, attendance, leave, permit, overtime, warning letter, termination, awards, promotion, mutation, and demotion

Review Attendance Report, up-to-date Manpower existing, Recap Medical Reimbursement

Control time out contract or probation period (send reminder/alarm to end-user)

Min Education bachelor's degree in law/Management/Psychology

Minimum experiences 03 years in Fabrication/Manufacture as recruiter

Sending the offering letter refer to ORC system and contacting potential candidate for negotiation process especially for craft resources

Good communication, able to operation computer, can to working in team, able to work under pressure.

Provable experience in HR Operations for 1-3 years

Strong understanding of and up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation (UU Cipta Kerja)

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Giving assistance with routine HR tasks including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and appraisals, and training programs.
