Job Description
Job Specification
  • Advising management of appropriate resolutions to employee relation issues
  • Overseeing benefits schedules, employe review schedules, and staff attendance
  • Overseeing employee files: tracking employee information and maintaining employee schedules
  • Maintaining current employment law posters
  • Build credibility and trust among employees, resolve employee concerns with compassion and follow-through
  • Recruitment, handling BPJS and Jamsostek, handling HR admin
  • Assisting with staff contract writing
  • Assisting with hiring and onboarding, placement of job ads, and organizing new employee orientations
  • Processing payroll and other associated payroll tasks
  • Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with national policies and procedures
Qualification
  • Have a good personality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experience
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Employee Regulation
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Have good understanding of HR Assists in keeping the SOP being implemented well, maintaining company culture while keeping employee discipline.
  • Candidate must possess at least Management.
  • Team Player
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have experience on Hospitality will be prioritized
  • Willing to work under preassure and meet deadline
