Job Description
Job Brief


We are looking for a responsible HRGA Assistant to work directly with the office manager and other top executives. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to our Director's working life and communication. You will play a big role as a gatekeeper, ensuring speedy responses to the business concern. HRGA Assistant’s duties will involve duties like assisting HR documents, managing office supplies and environment, and preparing company documents in a timely manner.


Responsibilities


  • Deliver first-hand administrative and business support to top executives and the whole management team
  • General administration for company documents and staff documents
  • Assist with meetings – scheduling and organizing.
  • Managing office stuff and supply.
  • Assist an executive by being the point of contact for all communication i.e the phone, email, fax, etc. Duties also include interfacing with the staff.
  • Assist with HR duties – staff rosters, contracts, leave, recruitment, etc.


Requirements


  • The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Has good leadership skills, can motivate others to follow set rules and regulations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to understand current issues related to business and legal regulation
  • Good commitment and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Bahasa and English
  • Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
  • Have a good discipline, honesty, good manner and attitude.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience as an HR, Admin, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and time management skills
