Solar Sales Manager Jobs

2. At least two years of working experience in the solar module industry

1. Be responsible for developing sales business

4. Set the Quarterly& annually sales target，and to achieve the target through every possible way

5. Assist Marketing with regional initiatives like Exhibitions, Presentations, and Product Launch etc.

6. Preparing Sales reports for periodic review

7. Proposing and implementing suggested improvement to the partner program

Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and data analysis.

Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on solar energy.

Strong knowledge of renewable energy policies, regulations, and permitting processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify customer needs / requirements and translate it into scope of service and methodology

Offer and present the technical and commercial proposal to the customer

Experienced in handling customer for commercial purposes

Report directly to the Director

Maintain and develop a relationship with existing and prospective customer and stakeholder

Develop sales/bidding strategy in terms of pricing, cooperation, outsourcing, etc

Be able to manage and report an installation of solar panel

Experienced in solar panel industry

Familiar with AutoCad, Microsoft Office, Halioscope

Be able and wilingly travel across Indonesia

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar field

Excellent communication skill is a must

Experience in solar industries preferred

Having an attitude of a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making and good analytic skills
