Monitoring, Analyzing, evaluating, and improving the achievement of all store sales targets, achievement of sales targets VS target value

Analyzing the market and making sales planning / forecasting against targets

Make forecasting based on dealers, products, and sales consultants & breakdown targets per sales consultant

Conduct regular coaching and assistance to areas or stores regarding problems and review sales in the field

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and senior management.

Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management best practices.

Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales forecasts, and operational metrics to senior management.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Train, motivate, and support store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.

Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)

Minimum 3 years work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG

Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills

Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities

Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate tasks.

- Ensuring the specification, method analysis, and procedure, related to the pharmaceutical industrial requirements.

- Ensure that specifications, analysis methods, procedures, and documentation are appropriate and in line with industry requirements.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Updating specification and analytical methods based on the recent reference, compendial, and regulations.

Candidate must hold minimum diploma degree from any field, preferably from industrial or management major.

Proven successful experience as as 3-4 year store manager/area manager preferably candidate who already has experience in managing beauty store

Excellent planning skills and problem solving abilities

To ensure all stores are efficiently and effectively managed, visiting them regularly and monitoring their compliance with policy, procedure and standards.

Great interpersonal skills (oral and written communication skills)

Maintains store staff team job result by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job result.
