Regional Product Specialist Jobs

Leadership positions are available for candidates with strong content industry and relevant product management experience

Provide timely and professional input from user experience perspective to support product development from all Shopee Markets

To manage the testing on all shopee markets related to the features release

Minimum 2 years of related industry experience in short video or e-commerce product operation, content understanding and content creation

Analyze and assess data and issues related to content and creation, then produce reports to support decision-making

Research and develop content creation strategy and understanding to improve overall creation and consumption

Assist product managers to design long-term solutions to improve search & recommendation engines

Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution

Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features

Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback

Provide insights on local market’s contexts, competitors, trends, and performance

Communicate clearly verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to project manage across multiple work streams and requirements.

Proficient in data analytical skills and deep understanding of the key conversion metrics.

Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with cross functions domains regionally.

Have experience in market development and stakeholder management.

Ensuring regional teams are responsive to program management systems and quality assurance.

Have at least 5 years of experience in agricultural certification.

Have leadership experience in general and at least three years of experience leading other managers.

Strong project management and organizational skills

Brings regional customer insight to product management, R&D, applications, and sales teams to advise development roadmap

Works closely with region/country senior management to align sales & marketing functions to capture business opportunities

Effective management of partner expectations and utilization of influence to design and deploy regional marketing strategies

Reports to the Global Marketing Manager to give updates on initiatives, campaigns, and KPIs

At least 2 years of regional B2B marketing experience

Communicate industry specific strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/ QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS:

Maintain current knowledge of products, manufacturing processes and market dynamics.

Minimum 3 years’ related working experience in mechanical power transmission related industry.

Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

User insights and research skills: Strong ability to derive relevant product insights from user research

Prior experience with marketplace products OR B2C Mobile App Experience OR B2B SaaS experience

Prior work experience covering the Indonesia and Vietnamese markets

Quantitative data skills including SQL and familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude

Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as commercial and growth teams to align on product priorities

Lead the generation of product insights through quantitative data analysis and qualitative user research

Experience in leading budget management, tracking and reporting for internal international programs.

Highly organized, skilled at prioritization and time management, and able to manage multiple tasks

Desired (but not required) skills and experiences

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with fluency in English. Fluency in other languages in Asia is a plus.

Experience with other issues as they intersect with climate advocacy, such as gender justice, human rights, workers’ rights

Experience in youth organizing or supporting youth-led groups

Solid marketing knowledge with significant experience in product management.

5+ years of Product Management and/or business development experience in technology sector

Input regional needs to Global product management incorporating from regional business units and building into future product roadmaps

Experience in collecting and documenting requirements, product specifications

Content Management Lead / Regional Product Manager

Experience in pharmaceutical marketing/commercial (at least 2 years excluding internship)

Omnichannel or Digital marketing experience will be a plus

Stakeholder engagement across all TAs in Responsible Markets and Global TA leads

You will act as a resource for customer and the sales organization for knowledge on products related to Molecular Imaging.

You hold a successfully completed Degree or relevant professional qualification and ideally formal business training.

You have at least 5 years of experience in variety of diagnostic imaging industry roles.

Deep Knowledge in Molecular Imaging: Both clinical and technical knowledge empowering the person to influence the internal and external stake holders.

Communication and presentation skills: Should be capable of developing and presenting convincing arguments and influence the outcome of the decisions.

Good presentation skills, strong business, digital acumen.
