Quality Management system experience based on AQL level followed in the garment industry

Qualifications, Experience and Education desired:

Performance evaluation of the team members and give suggestions to management accordingly.

Determine the skills and competency of team members so that training can be arranged.

Have experience in various aspects of garment production

Successfully managed up to 100 employees by empowering the key people by mentoring and supporting

Has excellent fragrance creation experiences and very strong in evaluating fragrances (strong smelling skill)

Possess comprehensive knowledge of product markets in all categories, including personal care, household, and fine fragrance.

Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Speaks excellent English and great presentation skillset

7 + years of fragrance evaluation experiences in FMCG industry.

Work in an international and diverse setting|Attractive remuneration package

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering with 5-7 years working experience in B2B sales.

Commercially savvy with good negotiation skill – ability to ‘close the deal’

Excellent interpersonal skills , integrity, agility, resilience and having the ability to communicate at all levels

Responsible to grow Fine Fragrance business in South East Asia with a focus on Indonesia and Philippines

Routine engagement with local clients in Indonesia

Regular travel to Philippines to build engagement with local clients and support perfumery team
