Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fragrance Development Manager

Knowledge and passion for the world of Fragrance

Bachelor's Degree (Min GPA 3.00)

Qualifications, Experience and Education desired:

Plant and machinery management / maintenance.

Performance evaluation of the team members and give suggestions to management accordingly.

Successfully managed up to 1000 work force

Experience with production techniques based on industrial engineering methods

Proper allocation of production- Conduct daily production meeting with the production team to discuss all production related problems and give solutions.

Interpret fragrance requirements and perform accurate fragrance evaluation for the concerned category

Strong olfactive knowledge of product markets across all categories (personal care, household, fine fragrance)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree/Professional from Pharmacist/Apothecary/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

Presentation and MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Support the development of sales strategy in designated city

Execute design of sales programs in designated city

Provide support in ensuring the availability, visibility and advocacy of products on each during the sales activities in designated city

Execute sales and event activities in designated city

Execute sales improvement initiatives in designated city

Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotions in designated city
