Project Logistics Specialist Jobs

Manage and expand the logistics vendor list, conduct market research, and compare prices and services offered by each vendor.

Develop and implement app-based transportation management for logistics vendors in collaboration with the IT and Improvement teams.

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree of Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Management.

Keen to waste management industry.

Be willing to travel out of town for logistic development at sites managed by the team.

Have experience at least 2 years from the same field.

Coordinate employee benefits programs: this includes enrollment, claims management, and clear communication of benefits to employees.

Undertake office administration duties, including tasks related to procurement, office supplies, maintenance, and facility management.

Manage comprehensive employee records, encompassing personnel files, contracts, and performance evaluations.

Offer versatile administrative support to diverse departments, as and when needed.

Demonstrable experience in an HR Specialist role or a similar capacity in HR and General Affairs.

Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Manage and optimize carriers,reduce transportation costs, and make overall arrangements for daily transportation tasks to ensure timely;

More than 1 year working experience in bonded factories, understand the logistics operation process of bonded factories;

Responsible, patient, serious and responsible, good communication skills;

Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred;

To complete all required file administration including documentation, billing, + vendor invoices/ebills acknowledgement + weekly forwarding sub-ledger (FSL).

At least 5 years of experience in Project Logistics

In depth knowledge of Project Logistics

In depth knowledge of oil & gas industry

Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office suite

To ensure an accurate level of data quality, ensuring that all systems are kept up to date promptly.

3+ years' of sales or account management experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business and Logistic

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers

Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

To complete all required file administration including documentation, billing, + vendor invoices/ebills acknowledgement + weekly forwarding sub-ledger (FSL).

At least 2 years of experience in Project Logistics

In depth knowledge of Project Logistics

In depth knowledge of oil & gas industry
