Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the actual operation of international freight, tracking and monitoring the process of goods transportation, and timely handling of abnormal goods in transit;
2. Manage and optimize carriers,reduce transportation costs, and make overall arrangements for daily transportation tasks to ensure timely;
3. Optimization of logistics information system: assist in the establishment of an efficient logistics information management system to ensure the accuracy of operations;
4. Report management: responsible for compiling various related import and export logistics management reports on time, and reporting to leader in a timely manner;
5. Responsible forbook space, truck arrangement, container sealing inspection, dynamic follow-up of goods inbound and outbound logistics, to ensure the safety of goods;
6. Apply effective certificate of origin to ensure the tax-free qualification of the company's exported goods; the integration of packing list and invoice data, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of logistics operation experience, familiar with booking space, truck booking and other operations. From a forwarding company is preferred;
3. More than 1 year working experience in bonded factories, understand the logistics operation process of bonded factories;
4. Responsible, patient, serious and responsible, good communication skills;
5. Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred;
