Audit & Compliance Finding Closure– To manage the closure of assigned product related Audit findings or Compliance findings items.

Melakukan perhitungan atas pencadangan kerugian penurunan nilai (provision) portofolio pinjaman dan perhitungan EIR sesuai dengan standard akuntansi yang berlaku.

Melakukan analisis atas kinerja Business Unit (BU) sehubungan dengan jumlah provision yang dibukukan.

Membuat assessment atas penerapan standard akuntansi baru.

Menyediakan data terkait provision kepada BU, Risk dan Grup CIMB untuk keperluan analisis maupun stress test.

Menyediakan data untuk keperluan audit yang dilakukan oleh auditor eksternal, auditor internal, maupun regulator

Membantu mengelola penerapan IFRS 16 (PSAK 73)

Management skills and able to escalate.

Having Strong knowledge in Ms. Office especially Excel, SQL (optional), Power BI (optional).

Strong analytical skills to understand data.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Having analytical skills to understand data and reports (logical thinking).

Relevant experience in any aspects of life insurance business is a plus.

Have experience of at least 2 years in product implementation, management consulting, enterprise product management, marketing, or sales.

Should be good at problem-solving skills, logical & analytical thinking

Have good organizational skills especially in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Responsible for servicing the product after purchase

Visit customers and perform a walk-thru of the facility, and gather the information that will aid in a successful implementation

Guide the product team from the company to perform the implementation at the customer’s facility

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management or equivalent.

Manage the implementation of developed technology products for end users

At least 1 year(s) of working experience handling Customer Relationship or Product Implementation.

Knowledge or understanding of Real Estate related components will be an added advantage.

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

Create a project plan for each stakeholder, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of application.
