At least 2 years of working experience in related field

Proficient in using MS Excel and presentation skills (PPT)

Experience in MPLS, VM Machines, Routers, and Switches is a plus

Creating performance reporting as internal and customer needs

Creating problem and solution reports (RCA) and coordinating with vendors/partners

Recommending and updating NMS tools and reporting as actions that can address network problems

3+ years of working experience in performance management or organizational development

Experienced in structuring a Performance Management System

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology

Implement and manage performance appraisal tool, process and programs including evaluate and analyze performance appraisal results.

Strong business acumen, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Collaborate with superiors to designing organization structure based on company goals and targets:

Conduct recurring weekly & monthly optimization tasks(i.e. Keyword Expansion, Ad Testing, Negative Management,Budget Management, etc.)

Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support toPerformance Manager

1-3years of relevant work experience in search marketing, digital marketing, and/or another highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment.

Experiencewith any advertising platform is advantageous (the more, the merrier)

Has 5 years of experience in the field of performance management and budget planning

Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve performance overall company finances.

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting , Business Administration or related major

Have strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Monitor and analyze Consumer Business performance matrics to identify areas that need to be improved as well as related follow-up monitoring.
