Carry out end-to-end training management process

Fresh graduate/last year student from Industrial Engineering/organizational Psychology/Business Management or related with min. GPA 3.30/4.00

Review and manage SOP documentation Training

Active in campus organizational activity & have leadership experience

Assisting the business process mapping process for competing resource project

Willing to work in hybrid mode (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH)

3+ years experience as Training & Talent Management Supervisor

Understand and Able to apply matters related to Training Development, Performance Management such as KPI, Talent Management, Performance Appraisal and others.

Able discussing with top management about Talent Career Plan

Having knowledge in training & development field such as Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training administration will be an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ensuring Organization Learning by assessing training need analysis, compiling learning agenda, developing learning strategy and managing end to end L&D process
