3+ years experience as Training & Talent Management Supervisor
Understand and Able to apply matters related to Training Development, Performance Management such as KPI, Talent Management, Performance Appraisal and others.
Able discussing with top management about Talent Career Plan
Having knowledge in training & development field such as Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training administration will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ensuring Organization Learning by assessing training need analysis, compiling learning agenda, developing learning strategy and managing end to end L&D process
