At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Design and propose banking partnership strategic plans by setting measurable parameters and ensuring well execution

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure better company bargaining power to banking partners

Being up-to-date with current market trend, best practice, and partnership strategy

Help manage ongoing partnership projects

Help manage the end-to-end process of partnership projects, including coordinating with partners, tracking deliverables, and ensuring project milestones are met

Collaborate with the social media team to identify and manage talent for content production

Research and identify potential partners for Girls Beyond's initiatives and programs

Reach out to potential partners via email, or other communication channels to establish a connection and explore potential collaboration opportunities

Maintain an up-tp-date database of potential partners and collaborations

Manage all administrative activities that the team's needed, such as filling documents, inputting & retrieving data.

Create and compile daily, weekly, and monthly report.

Plan and organize all meeting, both with internal department or with external partner.

Establish communication and coordination with external department regarding administrative needs of logistic and delivery of goods.

Support all data needed of Business Development Team.

Min. 3 years of working experience in Partnership, Business Development, or Account/Relationship Management in the banking or financial industry

Strong project management skills to manage complex projects

Build and manage trusted and beneficial partnerships to enable business growth

Ensure the adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and implementation of risk mitigation measures for each deal

At least a bachelor's degree in any major or equivalent experience from a reputable university

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

·Experience 1-2 years of Partnership role, preferably at startup companies

·Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

·Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.

·Manage some project at one time

·Technically capable, excellent communicator, creative and innovative.
