Omnichannel messenger flow, OTP and in app chat SDK product knowledge

Collaborate with other team to execute non-marketing initiatives (e.g. product, sales)

Own the relationship with Marketing team of partners, to create continuous collaboration in defining and driving strategy

Business-metrics-savvy; key understand of business metrics, how metrics interact with other metrics, and levers behind it

High-structured way of thinking; able to translate ‘abstract’ or ‘open-ended’ business goals/concepts into actionable initiatives

Analytical thinking; able to dissect data in ways that are relevant to business decisions

Archive all partnership-related docs. (voucher code, proposals, decks, banners)

Coordinating with cross division as POC from partnership
