SOORI BALI is looking for Events Sales Manager

Solid understanding of prospecting programs and event revenue generation

Min 4 years of experience in B2B sales, Events Management, and Brand, preferably in a related industry.

Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.

Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Bachelor's degree in any major

Business level english speaking and writing proficiency

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for B2B strategies and event concepts.

Work with Sales, Marketing Communications and Revenue Management to adjust team bookings to achieve maximum productivity within the hotel.

Good communication skills, knowledge and ability to deal with crisis.

Summarize and manage the hotel sales process, conducting regular sales evaluations to ensure each salesperson achieves the sales target.

Organize travel schedules and manage travel expenses to optimize sales force.

Personally manage and maintain key accounts.

Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills to meet business needs.

Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports to the management.

Plan and organizing function from start to finish according to requirements from clients or target audience and objectives.

Must be Agile, sales mindset and target oriented and have strong negotiations skill.

Lead Marquee Confrence Center and team.

Find and develop new client for corporate events or personal function.

7-15 years of experience in marketing, branding and partnership management, preferably in a FnB industry

Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to analyse / use data to drive decision-making and improve marketing project effectiveness.

Create and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful execution of marketing promotion and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and ensure successful product launches.

Execute large event calendars and manage all event operations together with Event and Operation

Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with partners.

Strong planning skills for offline campaigns, be creative and good at brainstorming.

Planning, concepting, and overlooking all events & partnership activities

Strategize on how to maximize profitability for all events (i.e. planning promotions and marketing pushes, liaising with online activities, saving costs)

Propose sales projection against revenue for all events

Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities.

3 years or above hotel sales and related experience.

Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills to meet business needs.

Good communication, organization and presentation skills.

Complete the relevant Hilton University courses promptly and pass the tests.

Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the hotel, including but not limited to Weddings & Events, etc.

Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities.

Organize regular customer experience in the hotel, or organize team building with important / potential customers, maintaining and developing customer relations.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in international hotel chains.

Good English or other languages reading and writing skills to meet business needs.

Complete the relevant Hilton University courses promptly and pass the tests.

Complete sales targets and related tasks set by the hotel.

High school diploma or GED; experienced (1 – 2 years of experience) in the event management or related professional area.

Uses his/her judgment to integrate current trends in event management and event design.

Manages group room blocks and meeting space for average to large-sized assigned groups.

Solicits feedback from the property departments to identify areas for improvement to enhance the Event Planner’s experience.

Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees.

Oversees his/her customer experiences from file turnover through the post event phase until turnover back to sales.
