Regular monitoring and follow up (activities and benefit tracking).

Min 5 years experience as Change Leader or Continuous Improvement Leader.

Rejuvenate continuous improvement culture across organizations

Monitor units for continuous improvement activities across functions.

Doing internal training for LSS and coaching.

Support and facilitate continuous improvement activities.

Minimum 1 year-experience in Management Consulting with exposure to operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.

Manage project deliverables to comply with PMO, Operations Excellence methodology and defined company standard

MBA with operation/business improvement experience is highly preferred.

At least 3 year-experience in project planning and implementation, within the mining, other resources, or manufacturing industry

Wide experiences in industry and business practices

Special allowances for project assignment

Solid knowledge of basic warehouse practices including storage, inventory management, and fulfillment

Submit daily/weekly/monthly attendance, output, and stock reports via WhatsApp, email, and shared spreadsheets as requested by management

At least 3 years of experience managing warehouse fulfillment, retail grocery, minimarket stores, or fast food operations

Solid analytical skills, and are able to derive actionable insights based on raw data gathered from our systems

A passion to learn new skills and develop further

Daily stock check and cycle counts to maintain 100% stock accuracy

Memastikan dan memonitor kegiatan operasional berjalan dengan lancar dan melakukan reporting

Min. 5 years experiences in Operational Excellence

Strong experience in Manufacturing, will be good advantage if coming from Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices

Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency

Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement

Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives

Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs

Work closely with warehouse operations team and management team

Identify gaps and pioneer new ways to optimize warehouse processes

Lead initiatives to implement continuous improvement projects, including cost saving projects

Design report to monitor operational performance and enhance operational visibility

Lead and initiate; Kaizen, Lean, and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) training/workshop
