Continually expanding and enhancing knowledge of lean tools and principles to develop Continuous Improvement Culture within organization.

Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and quality principles (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt).

Strong analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.

Adherence to Alcon values and standards, to observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Code of Business Conducts.

Establish and maintain continuous improvement initiatives.

Identifying efficiency opportunities and driving for improvement process with operational excellence in the organization which result to site’s CIP Savings.

Graduated from hospitality management/ have experienced in handling hospitality management are preferred

Supporting on-site team of housekeepers, butlers, and other service providers to maintain the best experience for our guests

Tackle issues and problems related to guest experience

Enable the best experience for guests through experience planning and innovation

Have experienced in Hospitality Industry

Have outstanding knowledge about every element in hospitality (linen, chemicals, inventory, greetings, etc.)

Minimum 2 years experience in Forwarding Company

Good knowledge of English both oral and writing

Bachelor's degree - All major

Have certificate PPJK licence would be a plus

Understand documents related to customs/custom brokerage
