Overview

We are seeking an Operation Excellence Officer to join our team to assist and managed the day-to-day property operational. Through this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the properties are well-maintained and reached the maximum operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate should have a background or passionate about hospitality.

• Tackle issues and problems related to guest experience
• Enable the best experience for guests through experience planning and innovation
• Supporting on-site team of housekeepers, butlers, and other service providers to maintain the best experience for our guests

• Tech savvy are preferred
• Have experienced in Hospitality Industry
• Based in Bali
• Speaks fluent English
• Outstanding Leaderships
• Outstanding communication skills and personalities
• Have outstanding knowledge about every element in hospitality (linen, chemicals, inventory, greetings, etc.)
• Graduated from hospitality management/ have experienced in handling hospitality management are preferred
