Previous experience in project management support

Previous working experience in government officers and/or project management unit at the ministry is an asset.

Experience in handling of web-based management systems would be preferable.

Monitor project activities, drafts related status reports, identify shortfalls in delivery, budget overruns, etc., and brings to the attention of management!

Experience in communication skills and ability of conflict resolution to mediate inter-group dynamics and mediate conflict of interest.

Regular capacity development and trainings to relevant staff of the country partners on finance, procurement and/or any other administrative rules/regulations.

Contribute to management of finances of the project “Empowered Women for Sustainable Peace”

Advocate and facilitate knowledge building and management and communication

Good knowledge of Results Based Management

Knowledge of UN programme management systems

A project/programme management certification (such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or MSP®) would be an added advantage.

Good budget and finance skills

Strong knowledge and experience in project management are essential and ability to write high quality reports.

Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems.

Knowledge of agriculture, forestry, landscape management or environmental programmes is highly desirable.

Experience in conducting financial tracking and budget management.

Organizes and delivers trainings for the operations/project staff on project/programme management issues;

Conducts internal capacity building training for project staff to facilitate appropriate management and timely delivery of project outputs;

Working knowledge of research, policy development and analysis, programs development and management, and project management.

Manage the day-to-day activities of the team.

Excellent communication skills and ability to Interact with a variety of stakeholders at national and international level.

Excellent report writing and reporting skills to diverse audiences and at various levels.

Excellent strategic planning, Implementation, monitoring and evaluations and reporting skills.

To prepare the 6 (six) key activities and feasibility study, Indonesia will establish an assistance team and a leadership team:

Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines under pressure and manage competing responsibilities)

Qualifications, experience, skills and languages

Skillful in coordination and managerial, program planning, budgeting, reporting

Skills / Technical Skills And Knowledge

Analytical skills and proven record in successful project development and implementation

To prepare the 6 (six) key activities and feasibility study, Indonesia will establish an assistance team and a leadership team:

Strong leadership and managerial skill with track records of management roles in a team of multi-diversity background.

Experience in handling of web-based management systems would be preferable.

Provide project management unit related administrative and logistical assistance.

Knowledge of and experience in supporting administration of Government and FAO/UNDP development projects dealing with environmental issues will be highly desirable.

Full time availability for project management support duties is essential.

Up-to-date computer skills required, knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
