Responsible for end-to-end merchant acquisition pipeline starting from lead generation to commercial negotiations up to the launch of the partnership

Programing Languange knowledge such as: Java, Javascript, PHP, Golang, ReactJs

Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL is beneficial.

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

The ability to work in an organised and structured manner and excellent time management skills

Own and manage the merchant onboarding process from merchant commitment stage through to store launch.

Ensuring a fast, easy and satisfying on-boarding experience for our new merchants using SHOPLINE; meeting monthly on-boarding goals

Scoping out merchant requirements and recommending SHOPLINE solutions

Possess at least 1 year of experience, preferably in Customer Service Role, Client Support or Customer relationship

Knowledge in Website/ Ecommerce will be an added advantage

Sales experienced will be a good advantage

At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced user-facing products (Product analyst/data analyst/business analyst function)

Develop data-driven insights & narratives to identify opportunities, generate hypotheses and experiment to validate these hypotheses

Experience in working directly with vendors in Sri Lanka and ability to drive performance

Experience in pre-costing and calculation

Experience working on PLM and PO systems like Flex PLM and Tradestone

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimal 5 years experiences in commodity trading especially in palm or palm waste products in Indonesia.

Experiences in palm down stream business in Indonesia.

Other minimum qualifications may apply

Develop and maintain relationship with Palm Waste Products supplier in Indonesia and liaise with Cargill Europe Team.

Liaise with Supply Chain Team on both trade execution and logistic to ensure smoot execution of the contract commitment.
