Assist Vertical to develop, communicate and ensure the adequacy of Erajaya Digital risk management policy, and framework

Design Erajaya Digital risk appetite, risk tolerance and other risk management tools needed.

Propose risk appetite and risk tolerance to Risk Management Committee and CEO of Erajaya Digital.

Provide updates on the status of risk and resiliency to executive management and Risk Management Committee.

Provide socialization and/or training to improve Risk Management competency of all or related employee

Establish and enforce internal policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in compliance, preferably within the P2P lending and fintech industry.

Proficiency in Mandarin language skills for effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.

In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and best practices in the P2P lending and fintech sector.

Excellent analytical skills to assess compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Develop and implement compliance programs, conduct internal audits, and ensure employee adherence to established guidelines.
