Maintaining and controling business development (custom event) team.

Help to achieve clients’ goals and/or be used to solve other specific needs.

Rich experience in customer service and relationship management

Present management reports to the Board of Directors monthly,

Management of country offices, starting with a primary location plus the further development of other offices throughout the country as appropriate;

Assist Global management team to establish, participate in relevant policies and sales management system.

Effective and efficient operation of the company ensuring that all regulatory and statutory requirements are met and maintained.

Experience: 5 years of experience in the Forex industry, leading sales or business development team

Bachelor's degree in any major and at least 5 - 10 years of managerial experience in Customs Clearance

Manage and maintain records of all customs-related documentation, including import/export licenses, permits, invoices, and shipping documents.

Liaise with various internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and procurement) to ensure alignment and efficient customs processes

Customs and Bonded Zone/Logistic Bonded Zone knowledge is an avantage

Experienced in customs clearance, logistics and export import operation

About The Custom Clearance Manager Role

Minimum of three years' experience as an Ocean Freight Manager

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Being a Customs Services Management Entrepreneur (PPJK) is preferable

Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software

In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must have experience minimum 7 years as Manager in Freight Forwarding companies especially in charge for Customs Clearance business.

Excellent product knowledge and regulation of International Freight Forwarding.

Excellent customer service oriented to perform satisfaction services.

Wide networking in Freight Forwarding industry and custom officer.

Able to operate computer application and Excellent in English ability.

Trustable, honest and willing to work long hours to assure cargo delivery on time
