5 years of experience as a Horeca Manager at Food Service Industry

Having skill on Microsoft Office, especially Ms Excel & PowerPoint

Sales Planning & Strategy: Developing sales, strategies, setting sales goals, and establishing budgets to achieve growth in the HOREKA sector

Sales Execution: Implementing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with HOREKA clients

Sales Team Leadership: Managing a team of sales professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback

Have an experience as Area Sales Supervisor Minimum 4 years

Responsible and handle HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) Channel in several area Jakarta

Monitor and analyze competitors and prices in the Market.

Achieve growth and achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Strategize, execute, and track aggressive sales plans to achieve targets.

Build & maintain efficient relationships with new and existing customers

Mengecek kelengkapan surat jalan yang membutuhkan GR dan PO untuk melengkapi surat jalan tersebut untuk finance

Memastikan surat jalan (POD) yang diberikan ke tim Finance sesuai dengan data apps horeca

Memanage internal tim dan cabang untuk memonitoring kinerja masing-masing admin

Minimal pengalaman S1 dengan jurusan Administrasi, Accounting, Finance

Mendaftarkan permintaan pelanggan baru dan pelanggan existing dari sales atas Purchase Order (PO) dari merchant pasarnow

Menginput PO terkait pengajuan set up harga dan kuantiti ke dalam sistem channel Horeca

Must be able to work with management to establish KPI's and work to achieve them.

Must have at least 7-10 years experience.

Must have experience in developing co-branding/co-marketing experiences with customers to drive sales.

Must have experience in Food Service sales in Jakarta and/or Bali

Must be able to generate sales forecasts, and have the administrative skills to track performance against this.

Must be able to work Independently with a small or no team

Having network of suppliers and basic knowledge in stock management will be preferred

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure our product line is competitive

Develop and manage budgets for the product line

Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing and terms

Min 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position

Experience in Muslim Fashion Brand is preferred (ex: Buttonscarves, Kami Idea, Sisesa, Klamby, dll)

Support the HORECA Sale Manager with the prepare of monthly sales forecasts and annual sales forecasts for all Horeca Channel-related products

Oversee and manage Horeca Channel’s daily operations

Monitor and manage Horeca Channel’s sales invoices, accounts receivable and sales transactions

Hold weekly meetings with Horeca Channel Team and/or Brand Managers to address concerns and issues

Previous experience in Sales, especially in Horeca Channel

Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Sales or other relevant fields
