Active students with minimum 5th semester in any University.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or any related area with minimum GPA 3.00.

Have excellent time management skills and able to work multitasking with a tight deadline

Preparing employee benefits such as payroll, reimbursement, BPJS administrations, etc.

Manage office needs and performs other duties as assigned.

Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.

At least 5 years of working experience at the managerial level.

Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

Develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.

Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.

Has strong knowledge on all relevant Human Capital Development, Human Capital Operation, Industrial Relation, Recruitment and Change Management

Manage compensation benefit program, including payroll and labor tax

Manage the Industrial Relations and build of constructive relationships between all stakeholders

Bachelor Degree of Master Degree in related education background

Minimum 15 years experience in Palm Oil Industry

Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, well organized
