Has experience handling product development and brand communication

Product Development, consists of new product development and product improvement, from ideation until commercialization in international market.

Develop brand communication strategy, including advertising material and media placement strategy.

Get consumer insight for brand and product development through market research.

Close coordination with all related parties to ensure the brand / product development, communication strategy, and consumer insight implementation runs smoothly.

Minimum bachelor degree, any major from reputable university

Assist Market Managers on internal processes

Support the set up of campaigns and other commercial projects

Join review the task and administration progress on a weekly basis

You are a passionate fresh graduate or final-semester student who is currently pursuing a degree (min. 7 semester)

Proficiency in English both verbal and written

Competency in Microsoft and Google Suites applications

Keeping our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) up-to-date and accurate (Hubspot)

Be the face of the brand by providing outstanding customer experience

Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every questions asked

Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications

Work with team members to create initiatives, deliver analysis and market research, etc

Work in collaboration with Business Development, and Product Marketing teams

Looking for new opportunities and markets in selling products on an international level, especially China market

Promote and sell the company’s products

Conducting research on potential prospects

Build and maintain relationships with customers in China.

Fluent and proficient in Chinese/Mandarin

Understanding and mastering marketing concepts on an international scale

Bachelor's degree in any major (Prefer Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent).

Establishing the current state of the business by gathering data and facts about current issues with markets, strategy operations, and finance.

Minimum 1-3 years experience in the International market with a background in footwear, FMCG, OTC, or Consumer Health Care Industri.

Excellent interpersonal skills, high spirit, good team player, initiative, and honest

Generate new business leading by proactively searching for potential customers through database or networking

Update and maintain proposal documents as necessary

● Someone who has a 1 year of professional working experience

● Experience in live streaming/E-commerce will be a big plus

● Someone who is good and confident with their communication skills; intermediate to

○ Business Administration background/experience is a plus

○ Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills, Canva or similar inventory systems.

○ Good communication & Interpersonal skills

○ Must be fluent in verbal and written English

○ Well organized, proactive and detail oriented

○ Ability to work under pressure and in tight deadlines

1-2 years of part-time/full-time work experience, ability to work autonomously

Intermediary English skills will be helpful for communicating with overseas contacts

Self-discipline, good organizational and communication skills in addition to strong follow-up ethic and go-getter personality

The position is fully remote and will be reporting virtually to the HQ & Overseas team.
