They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical advice and support, and helping customers with their IT-related problems. They may also be responsible for setting up new hardware and software, maintaining and updating existing systems, and providing training to users. Detailed Job Description of Information Technology Help Desk Support Information Technology Help Desk Support is responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical advice and support, and helping customers with their IT-related problems. They may also be responsible for setting up new hardware and software, maintaining and updating existing systems, and providing training to users. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and have a good understanding of computer systems and software.
