Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science. Agriculture/Business Administration Management

Business management, field team management

Develop, plan, manage, and supervise the overall Farm Services program implementation in West Sulawesi program(s)

Sustainability in agriculture, certification Rainforest Alliance or others

Extensive knowledge in the agriculture sector, preferably in cocoa

Has good leadership & communication skill and ability to work together with various parties with different backgrounds

Have experience of at least 2 years in product implementation, management consulting, enterprise product management, marketing, or sales.

Should be good at problem-solving skills, logical & analytical thinking

Have good organizational skills especially in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Responsible for servicing the product after purchase

Visit customers and perform a walk-thru of the facility, and gather the information that will aid in a successful implementation

Guide the product team from the company to perform the implementation at the customer’s facility

Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained

Ensuring that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties

Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales department

Experience in pharma and/or medical device distributor is preferred

Teaming skills - Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels
