Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law

Experience within the Manufacturing industry is a must, ideally with blue collar management background.

Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other employees when new, complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.

Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations, performance management and provide feedback for the employee's growth.

Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for employees.

Regional experience is a plus.

Exceptional problem-solving skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders

Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits

Must have at least ten years of relevant work experience, preferably abroad, in a multinational corporation.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
