Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

10 or more years of experience in used car financing business, secured financing and lending, not only mortgage or personal loan

Experience as individual contributor and building a team from scratch

Great negotiation skills and fluency in English is a must

Understand how the collateral works, including collateral base lending, cash loan, and secure financing

Build a secured lending team together with other product team and managing other stakeholders within the internal and external company

Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Economics, Management, Administration and Accounting.

Min. 4 years relevant experience in banking industry, especially in credit / secured loan.

To check credit disbursement approvals and to ensure Credit Disbursement Media are complied with the regulations.

To conduct and prepare collateral assessment reports are complied with regulations.

To perform reporting for internal and external parties overview in a timely and accurate manner.

To ensure and validate credit administration centralization (pre/post commercial & consumer credit).

Pro-actively manage the loan book quality on a daily basis

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required, Master degree is preferred.

Strong stakeholder management skills required

More than 15 years' experience within the corporate banking field required

Experience leading credit reviewing operations required

Experience leading a team of professionals required
