Come up and develop sales strategies

Represent the brand well (able to embody the brand message)

Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to Management.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager.

Excellent communication, leadership, and managerial skills.

Preferably has working experience at a Tour & Travel Agency.

Setting sales quotas and goals.

Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
