Arranging reinsurance business and work on allocated tasks and projects as directed in order to facilitate the business operations.

Handling queries from cedants and reinsurers

End to end servicing of handled accounts (Risk Binding, Documentation, Premium Payment to Reinsurer(s) / WTW overseas colleagues

Working together with Placement, Billing, Accounting, and Settlement regional team for unbilled booking and outstanding payment from Client and to Market

Advising claim Notification to Claim team for further action

Manage the development, delivery and implementation of client solutions in agreed timeframe & costing.

Minimum 8 years experience in client engagement, pre-sales, solution delivery

Working knowledge of ERP, corporate systems, marketing & sales expereience.

Lead in client engagement, pre-sales, solution delivery.

Lead development team and delivery of system to clients.

Monitor & review commercial contract, negotiate terms.

Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcome)

Prior sales experience in an Ed-tech/training company is preferable

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

A critical thinker, a problem-solver, and able to work in a team

Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and projects ownership

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target

Prior sales experience in an Education Tech/training company

2+ years experience in a B2B environment

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

·Finance: penambahan/pengurangan agent, update PO, etc

1.Assist kebutuhan client terutama request yang berkaitan dengan tim IT (develop system, system down, UAT, etc)

2.Assist kebutuhan client sesuai kebutuhan yang berhubungan dengan divisi lain

·Maintenance: penambahan WS, perluasan ruangan, pembuatan ruangan, etc

·Ops: SLA (tapi ini akan masuk ke ranah IT)

·Purchasing: pembelian barang untuk client

Skilled in operating Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel would be a plus point also.

Final-year students or fresh graduates from reputable universities, all majors interested in exploring the consulting industry are welcome!

Proven history of leadership in various student organizations, showing proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to the team and project.

Able to communicate in English with TOEFL score min. 500
