We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Logistic & Procurement to join our team.

Understand the flow in the process of procurement and purchasing of goods/material

Understand the process of making PR and PO

To ensure all orders are in accorddance with requests from user

Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles

Carry out vendor management that supports business needs

Experiences as Category Manager or Merchandising Manager from Pharmacy Healthcare retail or Groceries retail with minimum 5 years

Research, analysis, and develop category strategy

Responsible for product display strategy in all stores

Determine competitive and effective product pricing

Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory management, to senior management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the procurement process supports the organization’s overall objectives.

Evaluate and select suppliers based on their capabilities, reliability, and quality of goods or services.

Manage and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process, including supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and regulatory compliance.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization’s goals and objectives.

1.Analyze, search & determine goods / services that meet the needs of the company (procurement & management)

3.Search, determine & negotiate contracts with vendors (contract management)

5.Establish, manage & maintain cooperative relationships with vendors (vendor management)

1.A bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / management

3.Proven work experience as a Procurement in Managerial Level for at least 3 years

5.Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the beverage sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Supplier Diversity and Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as disruptions, price fluctuations, or quality issues, through effective risk management strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance teams.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

A bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration

Manage direct and indirect procurement

Proven experience in managing supply chain operations min. 10 years in healthcare industry

In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms

Excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, processes, and tools, including strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance management.

Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement requirements, establish specifications, and develop procurement plans that align with business needs.

Proven experience in leading and managing procurement teams, with a track record of achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
