Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management or any major related

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR fields

Leading HR Initiatives : Attract and retain top talent, improve onboarding and recruitment, boost productivity and improve employee engagement.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions and ensuring compliance.

Experience on product selection software's

Automotive engineering experience is advantage

Industrial experience of 8-10 years

Read and decode engineering specifications

Know-how on design concepts, DFMEA, DVP, etc

Proven experiences in organizational development, industrial relations, and change management

Managing stakeholders, including other functions and top management

Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, 5 years in managerial position
