Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or science (mandatory) or minimum 1 5 years’ experience in Integrity Management Digital Solutions.

Experience in operational integrity and safety management systems

Demonstrated experience in implementing HSEQ management systems

Demonstrated management, leadership, c ommunication and planning skills

Knowledge of facilities, maintenance, engineering and project management

Manage, lead and mentor a team of mining operations supervisory staff

Always act in a manner that seeks to promote and enhance a safe and healthy workplace culture

Create, control and maintain the budget for internal department

BSc in Mining Engineering or related technical discipline

Dynamic, energetic and confident personality

Strong understanding of mine productivity and data analysis; Familiarity with mine design and survey software (Surpac)

Manage, lead and mentor a team of mining operations supervisory staff

Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment will be advantageous
