15 years in the professional space, in addition to 3 years as a General Manager, couple with strong project management skills

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or finance. MBA would be highly beneficial

Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic business decisions and play a key role in leading CI initiatives

Apply a data-driven culture that utilizes digital platforms and advanced processes and technology to build predictability and scalability into the business

Proactively identifying and addressing risks across end to end operations

Preferably have an exposure across various industries and proven success in leading CI/Ops Excellence projects

Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps others to improve their knowledge or skills.

Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

Manages day-to-day operations, ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Supervises restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Director of Restaurants or Restaurant Manager.

Communicates to Chef and Restaurant Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels.

Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.

Supervises daily shift operations in absence of Restaurant Manager.

Handles employee questions and concerns.

Possess interpersonal, strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsible for overseeing the operations and finances of the company's plantations in various locations.

Manage the daily operations of the estate and ensure the infrastructure and supporting units are well-equipped.

Collaborate with area managers to facilitate cost-effective operation and provide agricultural recommendations to increase the overall yield of the estates.

Ensure all plantations are in line with environment policies and responsibilities.

At least 5 years of proven experience in managing any type of plantations.
