Work with Business Development Managers on following up on Overdue payments

Ensure orders get credit release from finance team

Deliver Plant Management Reporting on time and accuracy.

Leasing process management when require.

Management analysis on month end results and on special projects

Corporate reporting and management analysis

What skills and experience do you need?

Partner Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S management

Business partnering: Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performance

Performance management: support BU to manage performance of BU, support key initiatives, and projects

Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the CEO / Executive Management

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, 3+ years of financial/business analysis working experience

Exceptional analytical and numerical skills

Collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance and controls projects

Minimum of five years' experience in financial/commercial finance/FP&A

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic is required

Previous experience working in a multinational company is a must

Experience in Food and Beverages industry is a must

Strong analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic approach

Support HOD Finance to monitor budget vs actual on a monthly basis.

Support HOD Finance to prepare financial data regarding audit purpose (external & internal)

Bachelor's Degree of Finance/ Accounting major from a reputable university with min 3.00 GPA

Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various functions.

Skilled in financial reporting, writing, and speaking in English.

Familiar with using Finance Accounting Systems, D365 will be great.

Prepare reports for the Finance management team

Accounting knowledge with investigative and analytical skills

Assist Treasury Department and arrange funds by liaising with banks and group companies finance teams

CA, CPA, C&WA, CMA or equivalent qualification required

5 to 7 years of previous accounting experience

Preference for experience in a manufacturing industry

Education : Min. Bachelor's degree in Finance major

Having minimum 3 years of experiences in similar role preferably from FMCG

Good analytical skills, negotiation skills, business orientation and ability to influence the business partners

Lead forecasting, restructuring, sourcing (savings, reporting and budget monitoring activities under the Supply Chain)

Identify saving opportunities to reduce cost through Cost Effectiveness Program

Recommend innovative and cost efficient and value adding alternatives to businesses

Collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance and controls projects

Minimum of five years' experience in financial/commercial finance/FP&A
