- At least having 5+ years experience in accounting or finance field.

- Supporting the Head of Finance for the OJK monthly reports needs.

- Experienced in financial services industry (fintech) is a plus.

- Having good knowledge on accounting and financial procedures.

- Reviewing month end bank reconciliation.

- Responsible on monitoring for monthly closing process.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader with a background in manpower management (preferably from a multifinance or financing company)

Handles the end-to-end hiring process and manages administrative tasks related to manpower management

Experience working in an agency-based business network (preferably in Dana Tunai or Refinancing)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for recruiting and building our sales force team, whether through internal hiring or agency-based recruitment

Monitoring the productivity of our sales force through our internal program

Resource planning and pipeline reconciliation; Review of Project forecasting outputs and highlight anomalies to Project Directors and Management

Work closely with FP&A in preparation of management report, planning and budgeting as well as supporting Month/Quarterly/Year end close processes.

Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance or similar area; working towards or already achieved a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)

Support Project Audit compliance reviews and Project Directors/Managers on project reviews as well as bids

Relevant industry experience in a professional services/consulting business environment would be advantageous.

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar accounting role

Identify trends and provides insights to the Management to grow their organization and profitability.

Financial Planning and analysis and suggestion to management for improving the margin analysis. Also, handling pricing analysis.

Minimum 5years of relevant working experience, preferable in FMCG/ Industrial sector

Strong analytical skill with good business acumen

Advance Microsoft Office Skill, strong at pivot table and vlookup.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships

Partner Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S management

Business partnering: Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performance

Performance management: support BU to manage performance of BU, support key initiatives, and projects

Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the CEO / Executive Management

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, 3+ years of financial/business analysis working experience

Exceptional analytical and numerical skills

Collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance and controls projects

Minimum of five years' experience in financial/commercial finance/FP&A

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic is required

Previous experience working in a multinational company is a must

Experience in Food and Beverages industry is a must

Strong analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic approach

Collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance and controls projects

Minimum of five years' experience in financial/commercial finance/FP&A
