Proven skills in process and compliance management

Responsible for controlling of both accounting and management reports, P&L and BS (AP and AR).

Advise management from a business control perspective and able to link financial reports to company strategy.

Analyze profitability, interpret financial information to management while recommending further course of action.

Master’s degree in Financial and/or Accounting management

Ensure Accounts Receivable report is updated and manage inventory of items on TALLY

Knowledge of Indonesian Accounting standards

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)

2-3 years of experience in investments, start-ups, fast paced environment

Degree in accounting and finance

Recording, analyzing, and organizing all financial and legal data

Having more than 5 years profound selling/marketing experience in IVD, POCT industries

Having business partner and key account managing experience for more than 5 years

Experienced in developing KOL, Ref accounts

You are expert in bi-directional communication, business negotiation, and consultative selling skills

You have strong market knowledge in IVD, POC

You will develop and propose Business Partner sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).

Bachelor's Degree of Finance/ Accounting major from a reputable university with min 3.00 GPA

Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various functions.

Skilled in financial reporting, writing, and speaking in English.

Familiar with using Finance Accounting Systems, D365 will be great.

Partner Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S management

Business partnering: Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performance

Performance management: support BU to manage performance of BU, support key initiatives, and projects

Drive monthly BU performance dialogue with BU management

Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Management

Experience in working with large data sets (preferably knowledge of one or more of the following: Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI)
