Strong leadership, problem solving and management skill

[Water pollutant management] Perform the management of water pollution sources and the changes, permits/licenses. Prepare for legal requirements.

[Waste management] Participate in waste disposal/storage and pollutant reduction. Prepare for related legal requirements.

Possess good computer knowledge and skill (words, excel, & power point)

Bachelor degree from K3/Environmental or any major with K3 experience

Had min 1 year experience in K3 (Fresh Graduate are welcome)

Depending on the team’s priorities, the position will support any or all the responsibilities below:

Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.

Problem solving and analytical skills

Good interpersonal skills and ability to network and utilize internal and external resources

Proficiency in English, Chinese, Vietnamese or Indonesian language skills is a plus.

Downloading, analyzing, and presenting Higg FEM information and data

To provide specialist advice, assistance, education and training to enable management to achieve accountability for environmental management.

Thorough understanding of current Environmental legislation and a proven ability to pragmatically apply this knowledge in an engineering/project management environment

Direct supervision of the waste management program.

Integrate environmental, legal and other requirements and project obligations into the EMS for the project.

Ensure that project environmental requirements (e.g. the project EMS) are relevant and current

Other activities as directed by the HSE Superintendent / HSE Senior Advisor / HSE Manager.

Understanding Environment Management System (ISO 14001)

Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.

Understanding AMDAL Type-C and Environmental Monitoring Effort (UKL/UPL documents)

Understanding Environment Risk Assessment or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).

Minimum bachelor in environmental engineering.

Strong understanding on environmental performance management in mining environment, environment government regulations; Have a working knowledge of Environmental Management System (EMS);

Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills;

Provide technical advice to management to address significant identified potential environmental risks from new projects;

Develop interpretive material and conduct stakeholder information sharing sessions to socialize important aspects of the environmental management, monitoring and performance.

Utilize Environmental Management System (EMS) tools to manage risk, changes, and improvements for business expansion and new projects;

Support Environmental Manager for annual Environmental budget review by Site Management.

Having good knowledge in Environmental Management System ISO 14001. Lead auditor would be an advantage.

Excellent communication and management skills with all stakeholders including with authority.

Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders in regard environmental issue (HOD, employee, waste management company and authority)

Experience in the MMCF/ chemical industry is preferable.

Experience in ZDHC, Ecolabel, Higg FEM, Higg FSLM is preferable.

International experience would be an advantage.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including local communities, regulatory bodies, and NGOs, to ensure compliance with environmental and social requirements and standards.

Review and approve project plans and designs, ensuring they align with environmental and social requirements.

Manage environmental and social incidents and emergencies, including reporting and investigation.

Compile and submit regular reports on environmental and social performance to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders…

Monitor project activities and identify potential environmental and social risks, and develop appropriate mitigation measures.

Develop and deliver environmental and social awareness and training programs for project staff and contractors.

Assist Project Manager to prepare and maintain project schedule, project & environmental data, budgeting, survey plan, and set project meeting schedule

Collect, identify, and manage the environmental and/or socio-economic data for multiple projects

Assist Project Manager to prepare and submit administrative documents (soft and hard copy) for environmental permit application purpose multiple projects

Fresh Graduate or up to 3 years' of relevant experience are welcome to apply

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

Less than 2 years of professional experience in environmental consulting

Asbestos Inspector and Lead Inspector Certifications preferred, but not required

Conduct site reconnaissance, including sampling activities

Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (site figures, appendices)

Ability to work independently and meet project schedule deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university in environmental science, engineering or related field

Having experience relevant to the job description will be an advantage.

Work from anywhere / remote

Assisting in environmental analysis and documentation.

Able to work both in a team and individually.

Assisting in the creation of environmental documents, such as KLHS

Final year students from related fields with no classes to attend.

Responsible for E&S monitoring’s data collection and management

Proven communciation, leadership, and managerial skills

Coordinate implementation, maintenance, and compliance of E&S requirements in PSN sites

Coordinate with project team and any related contractor/consultant(s) to comply with E&S requirements

Experience Handling E&S compliance min 1 Years

Assist in producing E&S compliance reports
