PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. Strategically located between the capital city of Jakarta and West Java’s capital, Bandung, Purwakarta Regency was once better known as an industrial area. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. SPV has grown successfully over the last almost four decades to the largest viscose site of the Lenzing group with its present capacity of more than 320,000 tons of Viscose Fibers and 190,000 tons of Sodium Sulfate. Lenzing's wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

Currently we are looking for candidates to join us as

Environmental Manager

Requirements:

• Having good knowledge in Environmental Management System ISO 14001. Lead auditor would be an advantage.
• Strong Interpersonal /Influencing skills, independent, analytical and strategic skills preferable.
• Excellent communication and management skills with all stakeholders including with authority.
• Good understanding and ability to manage and lead multiple matters/projects.
• Experience in ZDHC, Ecolabel, Higg FEM, Higg FSLM is preferable.
• Ability to coach and lead an established team of Environment professionals.
• International experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in the MMCF/ chemical industry is preferable.
• Having good knowledge and competencies in: Water & Wastewater pollution Manager (EPCM), Air Emission Prevention Pollution Manager (EPCM), PROPER, Waste Management & Minimization, Green House Gases, Life cycle assessment, AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment), Biodiversity program, Creating Shared Value Program, Cleaner production (Industri Hijau), ZDHC (Zero Discharge Hazardous Chemicals), Higg FEM, High FSLM
• Ten years working on Environmental division in manufacturing company.

Purpose of the Job and Process Responsibilities:

• Administer all environmental legal permit.
• Work closely and collaborates with other site SHE personnel and Global Enviro team member.
• Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders in regard environmental issue (HOD, employee, waste management company and authority)
• Responsible to implement all global Enviro strategy.
• Interfaces with other core business and support processes
• Frequent contact with Central, Regional and Local EPA (Environmental Protection Agency)
• To ensure company’s operation / activities comply with applicable legal regulation.
• Responsible to implement all global environmental target & strategies.
