Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering measurable results within allocated budgets.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and website content.

Knowledge of indirect channel management, consumer regional brand development & marketing strategy

Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System,

Responsible for the overall account management including customer business planning and collection.

Manage teams of Sales Account Managers to achieve agreed sales target in volume and profitability

Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in teams

To follow NSBI Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7-9 plus years' professional marketing experience. The experience in the events/show industry will be a plus.

Excellent English skills (oral and written), French will be a plus

Managing all of the shows communications, on and offline, to all targeted audiences (exhibitors, visitors, press, institutions and partners)

Managing positive exposure for the events he/she is in charge of

Improving national and international traffic, in both qualitative and quantitative terms, of the show/event he/she is in charge of

Developing communications plans (for exhibitors and visitors) in collaboration, if applicable, with a communications agency
