Prior major project management and/or start-up on big industry experience.

At least 10 years of solid HR generalist experience with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills

Degree in human resource management or equivalent

Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and leadership skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

About The Country HR Manager Role

Provide support to key HR processes such as annual performance review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.

Business Partnering with Division Leaders and Country Manager, act as trusted partner and coach managers on people issues.

Manage payroll administration and required statutory contributions, timely compiling, and submission of HR reports.

Administer employee benefits programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness.

Min. 10 years’ experience in end-to-end HR Generalist and business partnering.

Knowledge in Workday HR system will be added advantage.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Indonesia's employment laws.

Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Learning and development: Recommending and implementing training programs for employees within the approved budget, and monitoring the effectiveness of these programs.

Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or other related

To manage BPJS Health and BPJS Manpower

Acting as a relation between Employee and Company related to HR Policies and HR Benefits

Excellent knowledge of labor law

Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skill

Prepare and maintain employee records related to event such as termination, leaves, transfer or promotion

Experience in service areas such as time and attendance, leave management, worker's compensation and employee health and safety

Min. 1 year of directly related work and supervisory experience

Experience with HR software – an advantage

Experience in warehouse related field – an advantage

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the company's outsourcing payroll, with qualifications:

Min. Associate degree (D3) in any field
